MINUTES OF MEETING
GENERAL SIBLEY PARK, BISMARCK, ND
SEPTEMBER 15, 2015

President John Hilley called the meeting to order and welcomed members and renewed members from NV, Juan and Jane Rosales

SECRETARY’S REPORT:
The secretary’s minutes have been passed around for members to read, Ed Grunett made a motion to approve the minutes, seconded by Harlan Rustad, motion carried.

TREASURER’S REPORT:
Treasurer, Mark Collins handed out a treasurer’s report from the last two campouts, he reported a balance of $1389.79
Bills to be paid:
Joyce Hesse (from when Adam Leier was in the hospital).
Gloria made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report, seconded by Ed Grunett, motion carried.

CORRESPONDANCE:
We received a thank you note from Pat and Janet Wright, area WIT reps, they attended our August campout.

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
NOMINATING COMMITTEE:
The nominating committee right now consists of Betty Lebrun, Cathy Hilley, and Joyce Hesse. Betty has asked to be removed, Judy Leier volunteered to take her place. Ed Grunett made a motion to accept the nominating committee and to let them move forward. Cathy Hilley seconded, motion carried.
Donna Grunett said “we are always looking for a new secretary”, Helen Evans volunteered to be the secretary assistant (when Donna is not available to attend campout). Thank you Helen!

SUNSHINE COMMITTEE: Adam Leier has been in a Rochester, MN hospital; Joyce Hesse sent him a card and money, Adam gave a verbal thank you. John Hilley gave a verbal thank you for the solar dog he received when he was in the hospital.

Gloria Danielson made a motion to accept the Committee Reports, seconded by Cathy Hilley, motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS: None
