Methamphetamine producers are using the exchange propane tanks available at Walmart and other places to carry anhydrous ammonia.  They then return the tanks which have been weakened by the anhydrous ammonia and pose a danger to anyone using them.  here is a link explaining how to identify a dangerous propane bottle.
