August Flickertails Campout in July

Hello, fellow Flickertails!  You are cordially invited to attend the August campout July 27, 28 & 29 in Walhalla, ND.  Your hosts are Al & Colleen Belyea and John & Cathy Hilley.

Walhalla, in the heart of the scenic Pembina Hills, was chosen because of its proximity to Frost Fire Mountain & Theatre, Icelandic State Park, and the historic Rendezvous’ Region.  We will be camping at Riverside Park in Walhalla - go to this link for more information:  http://www.tradecorridor.com/walhalla  .  The cost for camping is $15/night.  Amenities include water and electric hookups (one 50 amp, the remainder 20 and 30 amp), a dump station, modern restrooms and showers, shelters with electricity and a swimming pool, all in a beautiful wooded setting on the Pembina River.

The highlight of the weekend will be the opportunity to attend the musical at the Frost Fire Theatre.  This year's production is " All Shook Up" - click this link for details: http://www.frostfiretheatre.com/  .   We plan to attend the Saturday evening (6 pm) performance as a group.  The group rate for the theatre is $21.00 per person, payable to your hosts.  If you wish to attend the musical, please make your reservation with your hosts by Friday, July 20.  Reservation changes can be made until 5 pm, Friday, July 27; after that, additions can be made as seating in the amphitheater permits, but you might not be seated with the group.

We also invite you to join for dinner as a group before the musical at the Frost Fire Grill (4:30 pm).  The grill menu includes burgers, chicken, walleye and salmon served with seasoned fries and condiments for $6.75 to $9.85.  Coffee, tea and soft drinks are available for $1.25, and beer and wine for $3.00.
