Sweet Potatoe Biscuits

Sweet Potato Biscuits – Helen Evans

3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
¼ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Shortening
2 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
¼ Cup Milk

Mix flour, sugar, potatoes, shortening together and add milk.  Mix well, roll and cut as
regular biscuits.  Bake in moderate oven 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes.  Butter while hot
and serve at once.
